Herman Chang has been a Palm Beach county resident for 18 years.  He went to college in Palm Beach Community College and has a background in accounting.

He has been working in Real Estate since 2004.  He has gained experience with Short-Sales, Bank Owned properties and Property Management.

He is currently working with Keller Williams of the Palm Beaches, which is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

The designations he currently holds are Realtor, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and Equator Gold (Bank of America system for processing short-sales and bank owned properties).

He is also fluent in writing and speaking Spanish.

What is a Short-Sale?

What is an REO(Real Estate Owned) property?

A buyer currently in the market will run into properties being owned by individuals, companies or banks.  An REO property is a property owned by the bank.  Most likely the bank acquired the property through the foreclosure process.
